Our online booking system is managed via a 3rd party booking system called Bookeo. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our services to you.

6.2 You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

6.3 You must not use any other person’s account to access the website.

7. Cancellation and suspension of account

7.1 We may:

8.1 We do not warrant or represent:

9.1 Our prices are subject to change from time to time, however once a workshop has been booked, the price will not be changed.

9.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our Services, or any part of our Services, at any time.

9.3 We shall not be liable for any change, suspension or discontinuance of any of our Services.

10. Products or services

10.1 All of our workshops are bookable in advance via our online booking system provided by Bookeo.

10.2 We cannot guarantee the colour accuracy of any of our imagery including any shop items that may appear on our website or other marketing materials since we cannot ensure the colour accuracy displayed on your computer monitor.

10.3 We reserve the right to limit the sale of any of our products or Services to any person or persons. We also reserve the right to amend the descriptions of any of our products or Services at any time.

11. Accuracy of billing and account information

11.1 We have the right to refuse any orders or bookings placed with us. Any changes or cancellations will be notified by us using the contact details supplied at the time of the order or booking.

11.2 We require customers to provide us with current, complete and accurate purchase and personal information at the time of purchase of any of our products or Services. Should any of your details change, including your email or card details, you agree to notify us immediately so that we can process your transactions and contact you as needed.

12. User comments, feedback and other submissions

12.1 You agree that any feedback provided by you via email, online, by email or by post, may be published by us without any restrictions. We shall not be required to respond to or pay compensation for any comments we receive.

12.2 You must ensure that your comments are not harmful to any 3rd parties, while we take no responsibility or liability for any comments we receive.

15.3 To the extent that our website and the information and services on our website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

20.1 A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and your benefit, and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.

20.2 The exercise of the parties’ rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

21.1 Subject to Section 9.1, these terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.
